Process

⑤Sizing: High-quality plain mesh product is finally produced through weaving by cutting-edge loom and is formed by high-temp. setting machine.

②Plastic coating and colouring: Adopt glass fiber monofilament as raw material, and our product is made by applying ethylene resin and other materials and through high temperature drying. Coloring is also carried out as per customer’s requirement.

⑧Warehouse and stock: Before delivered to customers, our products shall be stored in warehouse safely and properly

③ Beam-warping: The mesh number as required by customer; The weight, width and length are finished in this process in a preliminary way.

⑦Packing: Our packing is in compliance with customer requirement, such as paper tube, plastic packing, carton and tray.

④Weaving cloth: woven by modern loom

⑥Quality inspection: Personnel of the Quality Department inspect our products carefully and carry out cutting as per the dimension as finally required by customer. We have been adhering to the principle of “Product quality is guaranteed as long as it is made by me”

① Wire drawing: Glass fiber of various types and weights is made of platinum and through high-temp. solvent and wire drawing via crucible.
